Input text is cut at 30,000 characters. The page shows the letter. It does not mail it and it does not attach it to a CV PDF.
The request is HTTPS. Nothing in the Worker stores the letter. Clear the inputs between employers. A leftover company name in the notes is how the second letter opens with the first company’s product.

One requisition at a time
A role you have done
Name the overlap in the notes: the system, the scale, the year. The letter should repeat that overlap, not a cinematic version of it.
A stretch role
Say what is adjacent. If the model writes “extensive experience” and you have one project, change the sentence before you send it.
A referral
If a person said you may use their name, put that in the notes. If they did not, delete the sentence that implies they did. The model likes a warm open.
A CV that is already exported
Diff the letter against the CV dates. The letter is not a second résumé with a looser memory.
Notes, letter, strike list
- Clear the box. Paste this employer, this role, and the facts you can say.
- Generate. Highlight every qualification.
- Strike anything absent from the notes. Fix the company name in the first line.
- Save the letter next to the CV PDF for that employer only.

The first line is a fact
Read the company name, the role title, and the first claim before you read the tone. A previous requisition left in the box produces a letter to the wrong team that still sounds polite. Clear the fields between employers. The script keeps no draft history.
Every qualification in the letter has to appear in the notes you sent and in the CV you attach. The prompt says not to invent qualifications. A certification that showed up because the job description named it is still an invention if you do not hold it. Cut the sentence. A short letter that matches the CV is the one to send. The page does not email anyone. You copy the text after the strike list. Temperature is 0.3, so the letter will sound even. Specific detail has to already be in the notes. The model cannot remember a conversation you did not paste.
Frequently asked questions
Will it claim a degree I did not mention?
It is told not to invent qualifications. Read the letter for employers, tools, and degrees that were not in your notes. Delete them. A fluent letter that adds a certification is worse than a short letter.
Should I paste the whole job description?
Paste the parts you are actually answering, inside the 30,000 character cap. A full requisition plus a full CV often blows the slice, and the model then writes to the half it saw. The question field, if used, is capped at 4,000 characters.
Is the letter stored?
The Worker returns the completion and does not write the prompt to a database. You sent the notes over HTTPS for that call. Do not include salary history or a government ID to “personalize” a greeting.
The tone is generic.
Temperature is 0.3 and the prompt asks for a professional letter. Specificity has to be in your notes: the product, the team, the thing you shipped. The model cannot remember a conversation you did not paste.
Can I attach this as a PDF with a designed CV?
You can export it yourself. Keep the claims identical to the CV. A letter that says you led a migration and a CV that says you assisted is a contradiction a human will notice.
It addressed the wrong company.
You left a previous requisition in the box, or the notes named two employers. Clear the page between applications. The script does not version drafts for you.
