PDFSwift is a browser-first workspace for everyday PDF and document tasks.

What we are building

PDFSwift brings common PDF workflows—conversion, merging, splitting, page organization, signing, protection and document utilities—into one simple interface. We also provide CV and AI-assisted tools for people working with documents and job applications.

Privacy-first by design

Where a tool can run locally in a browser, PDFSwift is designed to process the file on the user's device rather than upload it to a server. Some AI features require a request to the service that powers the feature; the relevant tool page explains its behavior.

Our approach

We aim to make each tool clear about what it does, what it can and cannot preserve, and what happens to the user's file. We would rather show a limitation than pretend a tool performs a transformation it does not actually perform.
